Up This Weekend: Raghunath and Free Yin Class with Q&A
We just have to let you know. This weekend is going to be awesome at Powerflow. We’re always proud to host Raghunath, see left. This teacher sings, plays, laughs, flies and teaches. No matter what you come to yoga for–to feel great, look great or learn stuff–this man has a lot to offer. Really, if you haven’t seen him, get to Hoboken this Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, sign up here.
On a super relaxing note, we also have two free yin classes for you on Saturday and Sunday with our lovely teachers Crystal Paone and Deb Donnally. They will teach yin, a juicy, stretchy and grounding practice, followed by an optional Q&A. Their first Yin of Yoga Teacher Training was so successful that they are doing another one starting April 24. Show up and ask them all about it.
