Guided by Stacey Bell, a seasoned instructor with over 25 years of experience, and assisted by Judith Hengeveld, this training blends Hatha Yoga and Taoism wisdom, delving into the art of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

- Embrace Yin poses to experience profound healing and restoration.
- Cultivate mindfulness and deepen your practice with breathing techniques.
- Explore lower body anatomy, including fascia, connective tissue, and joint health.
- Discover TCM Meridian Theory and its benefits in restoring chi balance to your body’s organ systems.
- Master intelligent Yin (and Yin/Yang) yoga class sequencing.
- Safely use props for long holds and impart these principles during practice-teaching.
