35-Hour PFY Hot 26/2 Teacher Training with Sarah Marsh & Susan Tee
Join Sarah Marsh and Susan Tee for an immersive Yoga Alliance accredited (YACEP) Hot 26/2 Teacher Training this Spring!
If you are a trained Vinyasa instructor, this is the perfect opportunity to dive into the 26/2 series, and understand the incredible benefits of static, non-weight bearing poses for your students. This hot Hatha sequence has been practiced all around the world for many years because it has a precise and structured rhythm that brings strength, stress relief, and a unique flexibility that differs from the flowing Vinyasa practice.
The 26/2 series is a great complement for some of your students who love to flow, but this series was designed to put very little weight on the hands and upper body, and thus can be helpful for practitioners with problematic wrists, shoulders or complications from spinal disc injuries or arthritis or other chronic pain issues to practice intense yoga in a heated environment. The good news? They get all the same benefits that they would in a hot vinyasa class! We will be breaking down each pose with you all with meticulous detail, but also will be teaching you how to embrace the verbiage that you will need to teach these poses back to back in both an hour and 75 minute setting.
