Begin this therapeutic workshop with 20 minutes of yin yoga, accompanied by the sound of bowls. Kristina will guide you through a few opening postures to help you settle into a state of surrender and prepare for breathwork. Dean will then lead a healing experience that includes grounding meditation, essential oils, energy exchange, individual intention setting, and active breathing. As you relax, Kristina will provide hands-on Thai massage assists. Join Dean and Kristina for this revitalizing experience.
