This soundbath workshop is designed to deeply and energetically cleanse the accumulation of toxic dust from physical, emotional, and spiritual stress. Participants are first guided through breathwork for grounding and to begin to release physical tension. After settling into the body, the room will be transformed into a chamber of therapeutic sounds, where participants will be bathed in loving, powerful healing vibrations. Chakras will be realigned in perfect harmony with Tibetan and Quartz crystal singing bowls. Worries, fears, insecurities and stress will be washed away with the sounds of the ocean drum and rain stick.
