Join us for an afternoon of healing, relaxation, and introspection! Ground yourself in a loving community and reflect on the past season. This immersive experience will include journal prompts and a guided meditation that will lead to a sound journey to inspire connection, clarity, and manifestation. Expect to be immersed with sound from a variety of instruments, such as the gong, ocean drum, chimes, and crystalline singing bowls.
