Join Samantha and Christina as they provide a full body experience. Christina will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and supported poses that will aide in releasing tension and cultivate a sense of spaciousness. These postures, designed for accessibility and comfort, will serve as anchors, drawing your attention inward and deepening your connection to the present moment.
While you explore the sensations in your body and mind, Samantha, a certified Reiki Master, will offer the gentle, healing energy of Reiki. This subtle yet profound practice will work to harmonize your energy centers, promoting a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace. Allow the warmth and gentle touch of Reiki to help release any blockages and invite a sense of renewal.
To make this experience as full as possible, come prepared with your mat, blanket, blocks, bolster, etc…
Christina Russomanno, a certified 200hr instructor, who specializes in teaching Vinyasa, Prenatal, Restorative, and Aerial yoga. She is also a certified Master Aerial Teacher Trainer. Practicing since 2015, she discovered peace, self-love, and joy through yoga, and aims to help others find the same. Christina creates a safe, fun space where students of all levels can build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
Samantha Fischoff is a 500-hour Certified Vinyasa Hatha instructor and Reiki Master, known for infusing creativity into her sequencing to keep each class dynamic and engaging. Her classes are both challenging and accessible, with upbeat music to help you stay present in your practice. She believes yoga is so much more than a workout and aims to inspire every student to find their fullest expression on the mat, leaving class feeling refreshed, connected, and smiling.
