In this 90 minute session, we’ll begin with a dynamic vinyasa flow to warm up muscles and joints. Transitioning into restorative and yin-like postures, you will enter into deep relaxation. Here, Claudia and Kristina, both Thai massage certified, will offer assists to each participant, allowing your body to soften and delve deeper into each pose.

No prior experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat and any props you may need for support.
