May 17th is the day of the Capricorn Moon!  We will channel the earth’s energy of finding our roots and grounding.

Join us for a one hour zodiac-themed vinyasa flow, plus one hour of a mini astrology lesson where students will learn to read their own charts!

Pre-registration will include collecting birth date, location, and time of birth (if known) to create an accurate birth chart for each participant.

Workshop will be gently heated. Open to all levels.
