Join Autumn Perez for a special Vinyasa yoga class and deep dive into the Chakras and their associated deities.  Class will be a well-rounded amalgamation of poses speaking to the gods and goddesses and will incorporate teachings of the chakras and how everything correlates to one another.

This workshop is great for avid spiritual seekers and curious yoga practitioners who want to know more behind the history of these deities and poses and for teachers looking to gain some inspiration and connection with themselves amidst the hustle of life.

This workshop will NOT be heated and everyone will take home a handout to keep with all shared information!  All levels are welcome!
