Come out and join us for a Beyond the series of 26/2 Workshop with Susan Tee!

This workshop will begin with an introduction of the primary concept of the series and Susan will provide insight for both those familiar with the series and those who are new to it and want to explore further. The sequence will be broken down into smaller sets while taking breaks to explore a deeper meaning of the postures and the benefits of the sequence will be discussed as well. If you’re curious about this sequence or if you are looking to improve or elevate your current practice, whether it’s the 26/2 or your Vinyasa class this workshop is great for you!
