Autumn begins our descent into the most Yin time of year, Yin identifying as the more still and receptive essence of our being. This is where we begin to harvest all we’ve grown, worked through, and observed about ourselves to reflect on during the quietude of Winter. For Autumn, we want to bring balance to the Lung and Large Intestine, our processes of bringing in and letting go, to clear out what is stagnant, old, or heavy and refresh for lightness and ease. This mini-retreat will include Yin Yoga, Self-Acupressure, Hands-On Reiki and conclude with a Yoga Nidra meditation on the shifting of seasons.
