Kids Rock At PFY
We love to share yoga with people of all ages. So last Friday, Powerflow taught a yoga class for kindergarteners at Collins Elementary School in Livingston. Teachers Kimie Mittman and Melissa Giordano took the kids outside and showed them the yoga ropes. The children were adorable. They brought towels and got into simple, fun poses. They learned pose names and made silly sounds. “It was so sweet to see the smiles on the kids’ faces enjoying yoga,” explains Brooke Gordon, PFY Livingston studio manager. Kids rock!
