Free Sake and Snacks This Thursday
Right next to PFY Wayne–well 1,000 feet from it–there is a great store called Gary’s Wine and Marketplace. They will host an Apres Yoga event this Thursday from 5 to 7 pm. And you are invited for free sake and snacks.
A sake brand called TY KU promotes Apres Yoga and wants to get yogis together for some post-sweat drinks. They’d really love it if you’d go and tag them on social media, #apresyoga. TY KU says sake is perfectly aligned for yogis because it’s 100 percent natural and is gluten-, sulfite- and tannin-free. They believe in rest and relaxation with a glass of Japanese wine.
So grab a drink on Thursday and some tasty treats. TY KU will even raffle off a one-month unlimited class package from a local studio. See you there after the 4:30 pm class in Wayne!
