Join us for a transformative wellness experience that blends ancient healing practices with modern relaxation techniques. This workshop is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through the powerful combination of Yin Yoga, Acupuncture, and a Soundbath. A Tongue & Pulse Diagnosis will also be included to give insight into your body’s inner workings!

What to Expect:

Begin with gentle breathwork & a calming Yin Yoga session led by Missy, focusing on deep, passive stretches that target the connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and releasing stored tension. This gentle practice encourages mindfulness, helping you to slow down and prepare your body for deeper healing.

Next, experience the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture, administered by Brian Chang, a licensed practitioner. Specific points will be chosen to complement the relaxation and restorative benefits of the workshop. While the needles are being retained in the bodypoints, Missy will continue with an immersive 30 minute soundbath, where the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls envelop you & gently stimulate the needles helping to ground, open and calm negative emotional states. Healing vibration connects us with the rhythms and pulses of the natural world and to the wave of goodwill and peace.

All levels welcome!

** Light refreshments will be served afterwards.
** Mini wellness swag bags are included for you to take home and enjoy.

Nineteen years later, she received her 200hr Yoga training certification with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center under the direction and guidance of Swami Paramananda and Srinivasan. It was such an amazing 30 day intensive at the Yoga Ranch that she stayed another month as a karma yogi.
She also received her 200hr Yoga certification with Yoga in the World under the direction of Anayra Calderon: 100hrs of training in Yin Yoga and 100hrs of training in Mandala Yoga. Missy has just completed a 100hr training in Meridian Yoga and Acupressure Techniques with Science of Self Yoga under the direction of Rose Erin Vaughan, MSAc. She is in the process of completing the requirements for her 300hr hour advanced Yoga Training and 100hr MYT/Extreme Yin Training with Rose Erin and Science of Self.
