Join Melissa Grywalski & Iuliia Golden for their Ashtanga Master Class at PFY JC in March!

This workshop will focus on Chaturanga and two key transitions. We’ll explore variations from modifications to amplifications, making the practice accessible while inspiring growth. The class covers proper Chaturanga alignment, strength-building, and progressive transitions, including hopping/floating forward into a fold/seat and an advanced Chakrasana entry. Props will be used to support sacral spine safety.

A handout with the Ashtanga chant (Sanskrit and English) and possibly the Primary Series, along with a brief background on Ashtanga, will be provided.
